Refund policy

NEW VINYL

You have 14 days to return a record from the day of purchase / day of delivery with proof of purchase. 

You must notify us first if your would like to return a record. 

Records must be sent back in the condition that they were sent, brand new un opened.

This does not effect Pre Orders, please see the Pre Order section below.

Please note we do not cover the return postal costs on returns unless a record is faulty.

In this instance we will refund the postal cost once we have received the record and investigated the fault. 

We can not process any returns unless the records have been returned to us. 

ONLINE SALES 

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil every online order, unfortunately in some instances it is unavoidable, and items can / will be cancelled and refunded. 

In the event of a website error, we will refund any money taken and notify you as soon as possible. 

We will release the rest of the order unless stated by the customer to cancel the whole order. 

PRE ORDERS / CANCELATION OF AN ORDER

You have 14 days to request a cancelation of a pre order.  

This is from the date of the order.

It is your responsibility for the return of any product back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
